We typically try to notify winners by email, telephone call, and mail.  The Official Rules (found on each sweepstakes page) states how winners are notified.  The period of time you have to respond is specified in the rules for each sweepstakes.

Entry is free. Making a contribution or donation will not help you to win. You should make a donation only if you wish to help the charitable sponsor of the sweepstakes fulfill its philanthropic mission.

Prizes are awarded in the manner stated in the Official Rules. The Grand Prize (the largest prize offered) in this sweepstakes is awarded only if the winner replies within a time frame stated in the Official Rules (noted on each Sweeps Page). The bonus prize is awarded each time a specific sweepstakes offer is made. The bonus prize is randomly selected, after the deadline date, from all qualifying entries.

All lawful sweepstakes must provide Official Rules. They can tell you a lot about the sweepstakes promotion and the sponsoring charity. Read them carefully! Your entry can be disqualified if you don’t follow the rules.

Gifts to A Warriors Mission are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.  IRS rules require that the fair market value of any gift received in connection with a donation must be subtracted from the amount claimed for deduction.  If you have any questions regarding your tax obligations, you should consult with your own tax advisor.

When you donate for the chance to win, 100% of your donation goes directly to our non-profit organization, A Warriors Mission, Inc.  Typically, 25%, on average, is used to pay for costs, such as Prize costs, advertising, and payment processing fees. This is illustrative of our most common experiences on WinWorthy. The actual percentage may vary by campaign, experience, and/or prize.
